*The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
/1 Order processing time:we usually process all orders within 24-48 hours on weekdays and ship orders within 48-72 hours on weekdays.(Weekends and holidays are not considered as business days)
/2 Shipping time:6-10 business days
*Shipping fee:FREE STANDARD SHIPPING
*The logistics companies we cooperate with: 4PX,USPS,UPS,Fedex etc
*The goods have not been received
If your box is delivered on the official website of the express delivery company,but you have not actually received the goods,please contact the express delivery company in time.SXTOP will cooperate with your actions sincerely.
*Receive and check your package
All products shipped from us must be in good packing and without any breakage before shipment after inspection.You need to check whether the package is damaged after you receive it.
/1 If the carton of the outer package is open,or the outer package of the commodity is damaged;
/2 If the outer box of the product you receive has obvious water stains;
/3 If the logistics information indicates that the package has been delivered,but you check all external doors and other possible locations where the package may have been placed,including porches, backyards,garages and any areas where the package may have been placed in consideration of potential weather hazards and then ask anyone who may retrieve your package.Still no product found;
If there is any of the above,please take photos or video as evidence immediately and check whether the inner packing is damaged.And make a claim to the logistics operator.If necessary,we will assist you in making a claim.
*Track your package
Once the package has been shipped,our system will send you the tracking number via email,of course,you can also learn about the status of your package on your order page.
*The wrong package
If you feel that you have received the wrong product,please provide the shipping company with the photo and video for claim in time.Once we confirm,we will arrange a reissue product for you.
*Return or exchange of package
If you need to return the goods,please contact contact (yang@sx-top.com) by email.Please do not reject or return the goods directly. In addition,the shipping address on the packing box cannot be directly used for return or exchange.We We will arrange it for you instantly after checking the situation according to your email.You need to keep the internal plastic packaging of the doll unopened.
Return & Exchange Policy
1. What is your return policy?
All items are non-returnable unless the items are damaged or defective.This is for hygienic reasons since we cannot ensure the sterility of items after they have been received and opened.If you are not satisfied with your items within 15 days,contact us,we could provide you a second chance that you could exchange to other items with an equal or lesser price value.Pls note for hygiene reasons,if it is the customer’s personal reasons that do not pick up the package,rather than the product’s own problem,we do not accept any unreasonable return more than 7 days after the product arrives to your local carrier.Please note that we will deduct 15% of the order amount as the merchant’s loss fee.
2. What if my product is damaged or contains defects?
Refunds and replacements for damaged or defected products within 15 days after the delivered date. If you feel your product has a manufacturing defect, please email us via yang@sx-top.com . (Tips: Attached the photos, the order number and write a short description to the defect products can accelerate the process.)
Warranty
